Fantastic staff that meet you in the parking lot to assist you with your fur baby, and they take the time to get to know your pet. The veterinarians are top-rated and provide awesome care and guidance. In an emergency situation, they are calming and reassuring while taking care of the pet and family. We have been with Brentwood for multiple years and have never had a negative experience with our multiple pets. Outstanding health care provider. We are looking forward to seeing all of the new renovations!

Our experience was wonderful as always. I informed the staff that we had one bite incident with our dog (he was being protective), and they didn’t treat him any differently but just used calming techniques and extra care to be easy with him. They were very kind.
