What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate the nervous system, enhance blood flow, and trigger the body’s natural healing processes. It can be especially helpful for chronic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and managing age-related ailments.
