Do you offer boarding?
Yes – we offer boarding for both dogs and cats.
What are your hours?
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Are you open on the weekends?
On the weekend, we’re only open on Saturday.

What are your payment options?
We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept cash and checks.

What should I do if my pet eats something toxic?
If your pet ingests something potentially harmful—like chocolate, grapes, or household cleaners—contact us immediately. We’re equipped to perform emergency diagnostics, induce safe removal, and administer supportive care. Keep the product label handy and call us at 252‑243‑6252 for urgent instructions.
How often does my pet need dental care?
What are the vaccine requirements for boarding?
Dogs: Must be current on Bordetella, Rabies, DHLPP/DHPP, & Canine Influenza vaccines
Cats: Must be current on Rabies & DRC/FVRCP
Can I bring my pet’s medication and food when boarding?

What payment options are available for emergency or expensive treatments?
Do you accommodate same-day emergency appointments?
Yes—call us at 252‑243‑6252 as soon as possible. We’ll triage your pet’s situation, fit them in if we have an opening, or refer you to the nearest 24-hour emergency hospital if immediate overnight care is needed.
